We are close to re-launching our website with a more streamlined look and valuable content for our members. Paul at Three Bears Communications, LLC is working on the final details and we hope to have an announcement for you soon.
Our goals for 2021 are to increase our member involvement and grow our membership. We are focused on driving growth for members through the value of collaborative partnerships. One of the first ways to build out this space is to get comprehensive information about member capabilities and needs. Please fill out the Membership Capabilities Survey to help us guide our planning for the year. We also hope to use this as a resource as members look to one another for growth opportunities. One of your fellow members capabilities could end up saving you thousands in vending costs.
We are committed to hiring, training, and mentoring new members of the workforce. Mentorship is one of the best ways to informally train and retain people within manufacturing. It also gives us insights from other leaders within the have industry. If you have any members of your staff who are either fresh out of education (high school / trade school / college) or fresh into our industry (career changers), or if you are interested in being a mentor, please fill out the Mentorship Survey to provide us with the information to make a match.
